Grattan

Gratton wanted a new Identity. We wrote new character qualities that fitted where they wanted to be in the market place: Bright, friendly, focused, and confident. They wanted to shed their image of being an older persons catalogue. We looked at introducing a new 4 season colour variation, something that they didn't previously have. The logo played out across the photography title pages, where we see the g in the white lines of an aeroplane trail in the sky, the twist of a coat hanger, and a little curls hair curl twists into a g shape. these were the guidelines set for further companies who would be involved in designing for Gratton.
